Our service fees are fixed and transparent — fully disclosed in your quote before any commitment. Unlike other intermediaries, we charge no hidden commissions on the vehicle price. The exact amount depends on the vehicle type and destination (Switzerland or France) — request your free quote for a precise figure within 48h.
On average, our clients save between 10,000 and 30,000 CHF compared to Swiss dealership prices. For example:

No. Your KLGEX quote is comprehensive and includes all costs: Swiss homologation or French registration, customs, VAT, transport from Germany and home delivery. We guarantee zero nasty surprises between signing and delivery.
Yes. From the signing of your contract and payment of the deposit, KLGEX fees are frozen. Only the vehicle price in Germany can vary if you chose a new order with manufacturer lead time — in that case, the catalogue price in force at the time of the order is contractually locked.

· New vehicle on manufacturer order: 6 to 14 weeks depending on the brand and model (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche have different timelines)
· Vehicle with specific/rare configuration: timeline estimated case by case, communicated in your quote.
You are informed at every step of the process.
· Vehicle in stock in Germany: 3 to 6 weeks (inspection, paperwork, transport)
· New vehicle on manufacturer order: 6 to 14 weeks depending on the brand and model (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche have different timelines)

We contact you within 48 business hours of receiving your form. In practice, the vast majority of requests receive a reply within 24h. A KLGEX advisor calls you directly to precisely understand your project.
Cancellation conditions and deposit refund are detailed in your General Terms and Conditions. As a rule, if the vehicle has not yet been ordered in Germany, a solution is always possible. We encourage you to contact us immediately if your situation changes.
Yes, it is possible on request. If the vehicle is in stock at one of our German partners, we can arrange a visit. For new orders, a manufacturer order form with all specifications is provided before payment.

Each used vehicle undergoes a complete inspection: certified mileage, complete history, mechanical and body check, no undisclosed accidents.

That's our speciality. Our network of +25 partner garages in Germany gives us access to a much larger stock than Swiss dealerships. And for new models, we can order your vehicle with exactly the desired configuration (colour, upholstery, options) directly from the manufacturer.
Yes. Imported new vehicles benefit from the standard manufacturer's warranty, identical to a purchase in Switzerland (generally 2 years for premium brands, extendable). For recent used vehicles, the remaining warranty is transferred and an extension is often offered by our partners.
Yes, we import BMW iSeries (i4, i5, i7, iX), Mercedes EQS, EQE, Porsche Taycan, Volkswagen ID.4, and other electric models available in Germany. Technical specifics (charger homologation, software) are verified before delivery.
🇨🇭Switzerland & Customs(5)
Absolutely. Importing vehicles from the European Union to Switzerland is perfectly legal and very common. Switzerland is not an EU member but benefits from bilateral agreements that govern such transactions. KLGEX complies fully with all applicable customs and tax procedures.
German VAT (19%) is refunded when the vehicle is exported outside the EU. Swiss VAT (8.1% since January 2024) is then applied to the vehicle's value at the customs crossing. KLGEX handles all of these formalities — you have no customs procedures to carry out yourself.
Homologation is the process that certifies an imported vehicle complies with Swiss technical standards (lighting, brakes, emissions, etc.). It is mandatory to register the vehicle in Switzerland. Yes, Swiss homologation is fully included in our service fees. Your vehicle is delivered ready to be registered in your canton.
The IDAN (motor vehicle tax for Switzerland) is a tax applicable in certain cantons. If it applies to your situation, it is integrated into the calculation of your quote. You have no personal steps to take.
We handle all the steps through to obtaining your canton's registration plates. The vehicle is delivered to you with all documents in order. All you have to do is drive.
🇫🇷France & Cross-border(5)
Yes. KLGEX delivers anywhere in France. Whether you are in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille or a border area (Haute-Savoie, Ain, Doubs, Alsace), we manage the import from Germany, French registration and delivery to your address.
Your advantage is twofold. On one hand, you receive a salary in CHF which gives you greater purchasing power when buying in euros from Germany. On the other hand, German prices are 15 to 20% lower than French dealership prices for premium brands. Concretely: a BMW 330i at €56,900 in France comes to around €47,400 via KLGEX — French registration included.
Yes. For deliveries to France, we fully manage French registration: registration certificate application, certificate of conformity, tax clearance, foreign purchase declaration. Your vehicle is delivered registered, ready to drive.
German VAT (19%) is refunded on export. French VAT (20%) is re-applied. These amounts are already included in your quote — no nasty surprises. Depending on the model, an ecological penalty may apply in France (we inform you systematically in your quote as some premium models are affected).
We deliver throughout France, from Brittany to Corsica. Border areas (Haute-Savoie, Ain, Doubs, Alsace) benefit from shorter delivery times (1 to 3 weeks for a vehicle in stock). For distant regions, the transport time is 5 to 10 additional days.
